What is Tri-Cart (based on OpenCart)?
OpenCart is a powerful open source shopping cart system that is designed to be feature rich and user friendly at an affordable cost.

OpenCart is an ‘out of the box’ pre-developed shopping cart solution that can be utilised to produce a fully featured e-commerce solution at the fraction of the price of a bespoke ecommerce website, allowing you to trade on-line simply and effectively.

This solution however does not suit all as some businesses require functionality that may sit outside of the framework of an off the shelf package and do require a fully bespoke solution.

What you get.
Tristar will use the OpenCart framework to set-up and build your website, using the standard code we will implement this and add all the required modules to give the functionality required for your website. We will then test the functionality and present the site ready for you to add your content.

Additional Functionality
As a modular system it is possible to add additional features in the future which again is les expensive than bespoke development as the modules exist it is simply a case of installing the modules/patches and making the relevant changes and testing within the site structure to allow these to work within the site therefore reducing the cost of future development

Design Template
To keep initial costs to a minimum your site can use the standard template with Logo and colour changes to match your brand. For a small additional cost Tristar will use premium templates that will give a stronger look and some additional functionality. It is also possible to produce a unique bespoke design or you can start with a template and we can easily re-skin your website with a new design in the future witout affecting your content..
